4th CONVOCATION 2016
The Fourth Convocation of University of Gujrat is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 18, 2016 at Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat.
Convocation Rehearsal:
A full dress rehearsal of the convocation will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at Hafiz Hayat Campus. All registered graduates are required to attend the rehearsal on Wednesday February 17, 2016, collect their convocation gowns on rent, degree folders, convocation admit cards and printed convocation program detail.
- Rehearsal is mandatory to participate in the convocation.
- Any one who is not registered for the convocation, does not attend the Rehearsal, not wearing gown, hood and cap, do not posses original CNIC or arrives late will not be allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
- Pick and drop service will be provided from Gujrat City to convocation venue for rehearsal day as well as for Convocation.
